We have existing assets of local community carers and professional project facilitators –– We acknowledge that (Community Carers and Projects Facilitators) as people resources, they are the biggest social support assets and the backbone of our NGO to exist. Both our Community Carers and Projects Facilitators believe in the philosophy of preserving human dignity. Both our Community Carers and Projects Facilitators have an emotional attachment to their communities, they always ask one question: “How can I care for you and motivate you to preserve your human dignity” to survive social poverty, social vulnerability and social deprivation.
